Before setting sail for her Aussie MerMaiden Voyage, Resilient Lady will open her gangway to the public for one night only in Sydney.

Before and after dinner, guests will be invited to explore the ship and take part in our signature Scarlet Night celebration.

Six foodie-approved eateries designed by a Michelin-starred chef collective.

Restaurants will be serving tasting menus, carefully curated to showcase the very best of our award-winning dining experience. All proceeds raised from public bookings will be donated to Citizens of the Great Barrier Reef.

The lab-like Test Kitchen is both an eatery and an cooking school. Inspired by Escoffier's Ma Cuisine, its evolving, chef-driven tasting menu is presented simply as an ingredient list.

Before and after dinner, Resilient Lady will be open for your previewing pleasure.

Explore and meet our gorgeous lady ship. Sip on a specially-curated cocktail. Wander the 17 decks. Enjoy one-of-a-kind live entertainment. Get lost in a menagerie of Scarlet Night surprise and delights.

Be sure to wear a splash of red to immerse yourself in our signature Scarlet Night party – a celebration of the fabled love between the mysterious Goddess of the Sea and the Sailor who won her heart.

Throughout the evening, the entire ship will be transformed through pop-up performances. Pay tribute to a love that washed the world scarlet, with a dance party unlike anything you've ever seen.

THE DRINKS ARE ON US

Make sure you are wearing your event lanyard at all times to enjoy our special curated drinks selection from any of our bars onboard. Please drink responsibly.

ALL ABOARD!

Please arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of your restaurant booking. Feel free to arrive early and explore the ship. The gangway opens at 5pm.

EXCLUSIVELY ADULT

No kids, no kidding! All guests must be 18+ and the same ID used to RSVP is required at check-in.

CHANGES: Name, time or restaurant changes are not permitted. New bookings are required for these requests, subject to availability.

SEATING REQUESTS: Please arrive together with the people you wish to be seated with - our team will do their best to accommodate your party.
